It's time for the 116th running of Mystery Jam Monday here at Phish.net. Because the Blog was victorious two weeks ago (have we mentioned that lately? The Blog WON!!), we will be playing for TWO MP3 downloads, courtesy of our friends at LivePhish.com / Nugs.Net. The rules haven't changed: you need to correctly identify the song and the date to win. Post your guess in the comments. One guess per person per day (with the second “day” starting after I post the hint). Fall 95...Gin probably...looking at the setlists...something with a segue...11/9/95? No, 12/15/95 I say. This was the jam they remembered when they played the Real Gin.

pure fire. they could burn like fire, yet somehow the pulse would sit in one place. nowadays, they flow a lot more like water, which is a prettier sound, I think. will Trey ever play like that again?
