Notes: Tweezer contained a tease from Trey of Pictures of Matchstick Men (Status Quo).  The vocal jam in YEM was based loosely on the song Rock On (David Essex) and was followed by a Bag-Vac solo from Fish. BBFCFM included a Follow the Yellow Brick Road tease and was dedicated to hockey player Brett Hull, who, at that time, played for the St. Louis Blues. After Cracklin’ Rosie, Trey remarked that the entire Blues hockey team was guest listed for the show and that he was glad to see one of them, (actually Trey’s friend and Aftermath co-author) Roger Holloway, in attendance. Suzy contained a Popeye theme tease from Trey and a Simpsons signal.

Faht1 I wonder if Brett Hull ever showed up? Trey was calling for him a couple times through out set 2. Apparently a couple St. Louis Blues players showed up. The Blues that season lost in the first RD of the playoffs if anybody cares. Lol.

its one of those shows where you probably had to be there. Listening to this show you can tell it was a GREAT crowd, great time! Awesome encore with amazing crowd chant. Suzie Greenberg is extended and definitely worth a listen. On tape it's pretty much average. My bet this was a fun show to attend. I would atleast listen to the tail end of set 2 and encore. FWIW.

DollarBill Average show for this time period. Still a little sloppy on the new material, Maze, ATR. Trey flubbs the lyrics to Cavern. Nice YEM jam. First time I've ever heard HYHU and Cold as Ice in the same show.
