Songs by Debut Year:
This show was part of the "1990 Tour."
Anyway, the first set is solid with a good Bowie and a great Suzy (great clav work from Page). The set also flows much better than either of the previous night's sets, despite an awkward mid-set Carolina. The set closes with an average (read: ripping) Fire that obviously set the stage for a smoking second set.
The Reba to open the second set is nothing exceptional, but it's solid and is probably the best version they've played since the song's debut. Most of the rest of the set is standard, save for a TIGHT Donna Lee, a noteworthy second-ever performance of Tweezer, a Cavern with the original, horrible lyrics, and some more great clav work sprinkled into some of the songs.
At any rate, this show was a much more entertaining listen than the first Colorado show, and I'm definitely looking forward to see where the momentum takes them for the rest of the "tour". Going with 3.5/5 stars tonight.
