Review by cjfphan21

cjfphan21 I've gotta echo just about exactly what @TheEmu said. YEM definitely doesn't finish strong. Trey's soloing gets a little meandering, it kind of sounds like he doesn't really want to know what he wants to do, and I'm honestly not disappointed that it cuts off. However, I am disappointed that they didn't jam on Funky Bitch a little longer because Page seemed to be getting into it there at the end. Gin is short, and the ending is kind of strange and not fulfilling. Foam...meh. Jesus Just Left Chicago is probably my favorite moment from this show. Everyone sounds comfortable, especially Trey. However, I'm gonna have to play the harsh asshole on this one since I don't think it deserves quite 3 stars (and there are already two 3 star ratings) and go with 2 stars.

Review by TheEmu

TheEmu On the plus side for this show is a pretty good Split Open & Melt, a solid Donna Lee, some FANTASTIC Cactus at the start of the Slave jam, and a bit of nastiness in YEM. But the YEM doesn't finish that strong, IMHO, and there is some shakiness in it, as well as in Coil and Foam. Actually, the Foam gets absolutely sloppy. There are, however, several funny banter moments, first about Fish's dress ("The real question is, is he wearing anything under the dress") and then about Foam ("An alternative to the pill.") Despite the few sloppy moments, I'll say three stars for this.
