nichobert Anyone else feel like the Essex Character Zero may have been the best version of the song outside of a monster like 10/26/97? (11/26/97? crap now i forget)

Really liked the super atonal stuff Trey was working with. Gnarly

This song gets hated on b/c of the many standard "rocker" versions--but it's had some shining moments--and like, Carini, it's morphed into an interesting jam vehicle as of late (thanks to Trey's work that you mentioned). I expect to see more brazen Zeros in the future b/c it fits in so well with 3.1 Phish.

Check out 10/05/00 too... Super slow, evil jam at end with Trey quoting FEFY.
