This free afternoon event was billed as a "Song Dissection" and took place at MASS MoCA's Club B-10. Mike and Scott discussed in detail the process of developing the song Yarmouth Road as well as a wide range of other topics related to the development of Overstep. This was followed by an audience Q&A session, the debut of the Yarmouth Road music video, and a performance of Yarmouth Road by Mike and Scott on acoustic bass and guitar, respectively.
This performance took place in MASS MoCA's Hunter Center.

Twenty artists performed twenty Paul Simon classics to benefit youth-centered music education programs in New York City. Mike performed Late in the Evening on acoustic guitar and vocals, backed by Antibalas, who had served as the house band for the evening. Mike also joined the show's conclusion (The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy)) that featured all of the evening's performers, including Allen Toussaint, Angelique Kidjo, Ben Sollee, Bettye LaVette, Bob Mould, Brett Dennen, Ann Wilson, Isobel Campbell & Andy Cabic, Joe Henry, Josh Ritter, Joy Williams, Judy Collins, L.P., John Doe, Madeleine Peyroux & Jon Herington, Sam Moore, Bob Forrest & Gibby Haynes, and Richard Marx.
This show featured the Mike Gordon debut of The Poet's Final Instructions, a poem by John Berryman. The "Take Me to the River" jam included a brief story by Mike regarding the mosh pit that he was encouraging among the crowd... a peaceful, 'Ska mosh pit' and teasing by Mike of the Theme from Peter Gunn. Tiny Little World contained a Take Me to the River tease from Scott.  
"Normal Phoebe" contained a "Let's Go" tease and "Dirty Water" lyrics. "Tiny Little World" also contained a "Let's Go" tease.
