Forbin1, thanks for your patience. We'll take care of everyone who was kind enough to preorder early and then stick with us. Check the above for official word, which is that the book is going to be complete through the end of summer tour and go to print soon after. I don't want to say anything more specific until the book files are actually with the printer. We're pushing to make it as beautiful as possible, and frankly it has been a lot of work to craft the book all fans deserve. We'll do our best to make it worth the wait.
