Review by Bob_Loblaw

Bob_Loblaw Great show. A little shorter than the other two (missing Guyute). Frost and Divided Sky felt especially strong. Trey's vocals at the end of YEM were great. Trey said he finally completely finished Petrichor for this show and it was interesting. It felt a lot like Time Turns Elastic but more enjoyable. Had a great time!

hansokolow To be clear, this wasn't at the Hollywood Bowl. It was in the Walt Disney Concert Hall downtown, a different iconic LA venue. The LA Philharmonic plays at the Bowl in the Summer, and in the Disney the rest of the year.

Trey commented at some point that this was the most incredible sounding room he'd ever played in. And he's right, that place is an acoustic masterpiece. Trey played great that night.

Review by Brickmaestro

Brickmaestro Agree that the Divided Sky was beautiful with the full LA Phil behind it. Petrichor did feel a little derivative, but was still nice. The experimental "heartbeat" music group that opened up before Trey was weird.

Overall, an unusual, but welcome Phishy experience. Trey was certainly having a good time, and that's always fun to see.
