There were two shows on this date, one at 7 p.m. and another at 9:30 p.m. Some proceeds from these performances were donated to the Last Elm Café. These performances were part of the "on-stage series" where the audience was limited to 125 and shared the stage with the band. There are no known setlists or recordings. 
Trey teased the Theme from Bonanza in Contois and Stash in St. Thomas. This show featured the first known public performance of Guyute; only portions were performed and without lyrics, first by Trey solo, then with Fish joining in during the post Nozani Na segment. A "Bad Hat" contest among audience members was held before the beginning of the second set; during the first few breaks in Air Mail Special the crowd would yell "that fucking hat!" Two verses of My Life as a Pez were sung in response to a Dino Pez dispenser being placed on stage.
The second set was preceded by a full-band Jamie's Cryin' (Van Halen) tease.
No setlist is known and recordings do not circulate.
Big Joe Burrell and the Unknown Blues Band performed at the wedding reception of Trey Anastasio and Sue Statesir. At one point during the festivities all four members of Phish, along with Big Joe on sax, performed several blues numbers.

This private party jam session included Michael Bizar on guitar, Mark “Murph” Murphy on bass, Pete Herr on percussion, and Scott Bilstad, who along with Fish played drums. A ninety-minute recording of this jam session does circulate and includes “Impressions,” “Whipping Post,” and the Sanford and Son theme; the recording that does circulate is often mislabeled as a “parking lot jam.” Phish had performed earlier in the evening at the UIC Pavilion.

Both Phish and Blues Traveler performed at the annual SunFest. Trey played on Mulling It Over. After the song ended, John Popper exclaimed: “Trey Anastasio! Boy, you know, those Phish guys...love that band!” 
Fish, Mike and Page sat in during this late-night show for a cover of the Davenport and Coole classic, Fever. Trey was also in attendance but did not perform. Phish had performed earlier in the evening at Atlanta’s “Fabulous” Fox Theatre.

Fixin’ to Die featured both Fish and Trey. Phish had performed earlier in the evening at Columbia’s Township Auditorium.

Trey sat in on guitar for Salty Dog and Payday. Page sat in on organ for Tuxedo Junction through Space is the Place. Michael Ray, Dave Grippo, Dave Gordo, and several members of Leftover Salmon (who opened the gig) also made guest appearances during the set. The encore jam featured all of the guests from throughout the set.
Page sat in on keyboards for Holden Oversoul and Love Tractor.

Fish read a passage about “Bucky Domes” from Robert Anton Wilson’s Cosmic Trigger between 7th Revelation and Elvin Jones. A bucky dome, also known as geodesic dome, is a sphere created from a series of hexagrams and pentagrams, invented by Buckminster Fuller. At the time, Fish lived in a bucky dome.
Trey played guitar for the entire show. Page sat in on keyboards from Bitchin' Again and Family Picture. Scotia Jordan provided vocals for Bitchin' Again.
Good w/Willis opened. Page sat in on keyboards for Bitchin' Again through Revolution's Over and Family Picture through Crimes of the Mind. Do You Know What I Mean? and Teenie Weenie Bit of Your Love featured Russ Flanagan on fiddle. Lucy In the Subway contained a Dear Prudence tease.
moe. opened. Trey performed for the entire show. Page sat in on keyboards for Bitchin' Again through Revolution's Over. Sofi Dillof provided vocals for Bitchin' Again. Dahlia featured a rare Fish drum solo.
Mimi Fishman provided vocals for Dinner and a Movie
Mike sat in from Self through the end of the show. Trey sat in from Family Picture through the end of the show.
Page sat in on keyboards for Chameleon and Shake Everything You Got.
The two sets represent an early and late show. Fishman performed in a wig.

This performance was part of the National Guitar Summit Workshop. Trey conducted a guitar seminar and played in the ensuing jam session.
Tree Fist featured chords and lyrics improvised by the audience. Kitty Litter Blues was also improvised and featured Anne Weiss on vocals. I Saw the Light, Alabama Jubilee, and Better Get It In Yo’ Soul featured Shane Brodie on guitar and vocals. This is the first public performance billed as Jazz Mandolin Project.
This performance for Vermont Public Radio featured Trey on guitar, Mike on bass and Jamie Masefield on mandolins. There is no known setlist or circulating recording.

This performance was part of the Laguna Seca Daze festival that also featured Phish. Mountain Cry featured Page on keyboards, while the Gloria encore saw Page, Trey and Todd Park Mohr of Big Head Todd and the Monsters join in.
This private party and jam session included two bass players, three guitar players, two drummers, percussion and keyboards. There was a rotation of performers throughout the night, including Mike on bass and Fish on drums, and members of local bands Deep Space Six and Uncle Chunk. The only known song performed was the Sanford and Son theme. No known recording exists. Phish had performed earlier in the evening at the Michigan Theatre.

Dimension Extension featured Fish on vacuum, while Tone Clone featured Fish on drums and a reading from Sun Ra’s Book of Information. Phish had performed earlier in the evening uptown at the Roseland Ballroom, and had also covered Hendrix’s Fire as their encore.

This ad hoc grouping was billed as The Ritz Power Jam. Red House and Yonder Wall featured Dave Tronzo on slide guitar. Spanish Moon featured Trey on guitar, vocals, and keyboards. All Along the Watchtower also saw Dave Matthews, Leroi Moore and Boyd Tinsley join the action while Trey, Dave, and Popper traded vocals. The Gloria encore, sung by Popper, featured Trey on guitar and Mike on bass. Phish had performed earlier in the evening at the Roseland Ballroom.

SET 1: Help Yourself, Zero, Gun, Let’s Go Dancing [1] > Jam [2] > Dimension Extension[1], Tone Clone [3]

ENCORE: Fire

Mike, introduced as a “special guest from a band called Tuna,” joined in from Let’s Go Dancing through Tone Clone. Fish came out during Tone Clone and read a James Joyce selection about hell, after which Mike took a bass solo, and the musicians reprised the song.
