Review by mrmojoriseman

mrmojoriseman Hot June day as always in Salt Lake. Red Butte is such a unique venue, right behind where I used to live at the U of Utah dorms (a "dry" campus) but you can bring in a bottle of liquor if you want. You can bring fancy wine glasses, a charcuterie spread, and a rotiserrie chicken along with a table and chairs to get comfortable inside the venue.

Opening 3 songs were so hot, Mozambique is really fun with the two percussionists and the horns. Cayman review is a great song and Jennifer Hartwick and Natalie Cressman's backup vocals where fantastic and soulful the whole show. All the Phish songs and Money of course stand out, as well as the Zeppelin encore after the sun had went down and the venue was MUCH cooler. Love how something upbeat like Ocelot goes to another level with the horn section. Incredible crowd, everyone vibing and dancing the whole show even though Red Butte can sometimes draw a pretty pretentious crowd (see charcuterie spread). A great TAB show
