This show was preceded by an introduction from Dionysian co-founder Ben Hunter. After YEM, Trey acknowledged his grandparents who were in attendance. Prior to McGrupp, Trey said that the band were traveling minstrels from Gamehendge and proceeded to provide a brief Gamehendge narration about each of the four songs they were going to play: McGrupp And The Watchful Hosemasters, The Lizards, "Divided Sky and the Wind Blows High," and "Wilson, Can You Still Have Fun?" Terrapin featured Fish on trombone.

Review by TheEmu

TheEmu Sound quality on this is pretty terrible, and almost all of YEM is cut off. There's some slop in Lizards and D. Sky, but Divided comes back to rage decently in the jam section. The Antelope actually sounds pretty fierce to me, and the Possum is also pretty good. I also want to give some props to Trey for not getting to fazed by dopes shouting "Play a song!" while he's talking about Gamehendge. Probably this should be a little below average, given the massive YEM cut and crappy sound, but I did enjoy the 'Lope, Possum, and even Divided, so I'll go with three stars.

conradjohansen Introductions > IDK to open is fun and then a raging high energy YEM really gets things going. Next we take a trip into Gamehendge. McGrupp is McGrupp and Lizards is Lizards but Divided is really well played. Antelope is strong and Terrapin is it's usual silly self. Fun Possum to close this one out.

4/5

thelot Not the best audience recording here. I think this is due more to room acoustics than the microphones used. There seems to only be a handful of cassette generations in the source lineage.

The source on ReListen cuts out Ben Hunters introduction. YEM is also cut very early in the song. It’s interesting to hear Trey try to explain Gamehendge to the
drunk and rowdy crowd. You would think he would’ve waited for a more attentive audience. Overall a decent set of music. Highlights: Divided Sky, Wilson, Antelope and Possum
