thelot Another excellent digital audience source from this show. There are a few level adjustments in the first few songs, but once things get dialed in, it sounds great. Big thanks to Rick Supan for the source!

The show kicks off with a solid Tube. There’s a smooth transition into DaaM out of Landlady that really hits. After Stash, Trey mentions they came all the way to Tuscaloosa to wish Jason a happy 22nd birthday, then dedicates “Haul” & Silas to him. Sky soars—great energy. Mango is executed flawlessly, and Brother is absolutely tremendous. Eliza is the perfect cooldown after that barn burner, and Golgi wraps up the first set on a strong note.

I always love when Sloth opens a set—this one’s tight. Split Open is solid, and Groove is fantastic, featuring more Slice of Pizza and Bucket of Lard quotes. That shout of “Sharin’ in a bucket of lard!” cracked me up. A blazing Jesus Left melts into a cool, twisted little jam that segues into I Don’t Care, introducing the Dude of Life. The debuts of TV Show and Family Picture were a fun surprise—I hadn’t heard those in ages. It’s been a while since I last spun the Crimes of the Mind CD, and this set brought it all back.
