Review by Zzzilla91

Zzzilla91 A strong end to a wholly strong spring tour! The night had its ebbs and flows.. a surprising amount of slop between Lizards, MEAP and More.. normally I’m not one to take too much stock, but Fishman was missing changes and Trey seemed to struggle numerous times as well. Oh well.. Llama and Timber both had extra sauce in the first. More and a YEM repeat (after a smoker at Bill Graham 2 nights earlier) left me scratching my head to start the second set. But once that vocal jam resolved back into some of the deepest and most inspired jamming of the tour, and then dissolved into one of the most awesome seques I’ve witnessed into Twist, I was in heaven. Twist and Kill Devil Falls both had killer sections of spacey and heavy jamming, and then my first Lifeboy as a cooldown! 2001 had a little extra spice as well and alongside some of the coolest Kuroda lights I’ve seen… was killer. Santos and Fuego were both strong to finish… ended up being a smoking end to the run and thank god summer tour is a blip away!
