thelot Great Matrix recording available for this show! It sounds like a lucky few were in attendance for this one. I’m so grateful a taper was there to capture the moment!

It’s interesting that the band chose to open with the now standard I Didn’t Know in the opening slot. Strange since most likely everyone in the room was hearing Phish for the first time. They followed this up with a pretty straightforward YEM for this tour. Mike’s Groove was pretty good. Bite size version of Weekapaug. A fun Rhombus Rap>Sky closes out set 1

Oh Kee Pah>Suzy opens set 2. Strong version of Suzy. Afterwards Trey dedicates Rocky Top and Ya Mar to all of the southerners since it’s the furthest south they’ve played at this point. Ya Mar has a nice solo from Trey. Pretty good Antelope. J. Edgar Hoover entertains the crowd with the tightest version of Undun thus far. This was definitely a well played show but not very adventurous. The recording is stellar which imo makes this show a must hear.
