Review by NMNML

NMNML Some sloppy moments in the 1st set. Trey forgot Halley lyrics. Mike forgot Old Home Place lyrics. It didn't sound like a tour opener sloppiness though, just some small kinks here and there. Twist had some good jamming early on. Sand was high energy and played well. Stash sounded nice to me. Song choice of first set was a bit all over the place, but worked overall.

The whole second set is worth a listen. Fishman is heavy on the sample which live I didn't catch, but on re-listen takes away a bit. The whole set is great. There is exploratory jamming, especially in Soul Planet and Chalkdust. Soul planet through Chalkdust is top notch Phish. Loving Cup through SANTOS is rocking and I thought a good way to end a great tour opener.
