Review by gigrant

gigrant Petrichor was a cool way to start Fall Tour. The Ghost that followed had great soloing, perhaps the finest moment of the night for me. Good first set. 555 remains one of my fav Mike songs and I would be happy to hear it at every show.

Set 2 had it's moments too. NMINML had everyone shaking a leg, and DwD is always welcome. Trey was really bouncing around during the solo, and the seque into Cities was a great idea. I was up front for this show, behind some nice girls who were against the rail, and when the Lumina fired up at the end of Cities I almost fell out. It was deep and powerful, notes that hit you right in the chest. I recommend not standing in front of that speaker. Actually, the whole mix from there was subpar compared to the rest of the floor because the overhead speakers where behind me. But it's always fun being close so who cares. Free was great. Strong performance. Boogie On sounded muddy (Mike's bass effect) but it may have been my positioning. I will re-listen later today. Rocky Top was fun.

Good show. The floor wasn't too crowded so dancing was on the menu, the people were super nice (southern hospitality??), and the lot scene was respectable. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did.
