Review by DemandOpener

DemandOpener It's funny what a great recording will do for an otherwise pretty average 1990 show. This show even has the benefit of being captured on video for us all to enjoy. It's very entertaining to *see* the songs being performed, and the video is must watch just to see what our guys looked like when they were younger. They bounce and move around a lot while they play, especially Mike, who looks like he's in the middle of recording a strange taebo video!

The show is totally standard fare. One set, no frills, no major jams, but it is another fun show from the era. Although the YEM was weak, Mike's hat definitely made up for it. Mike Gordon was a true hipster before hipsters.

As for the rest of the show, pretty high energy stuff (especially the Divided Sky!), but a lot of repeats. If you're looking for a show to listen to from this era, this one might be worth your time. It's not the best show from the month, but it's got a video, and that's worth something! 3/5 stars.
