Second, and last time the boys played Bogart's together in 1992. Twelfth show of Fall tour. Audience recordings tonight, and sounds like a different source for second set which sounded muddier. Great show though.

Right out of the gate Maze just rips open the first set. Page rocks! Right into a cool sounding Fee, complete with megaphone verses. Fishman continues drumming right into a nice, tight ATR. Trey flubs the very begining notes, but gets right back on. A little funk comes along with a solid, dynamic Melt. Bouncing is standard, but also well done. Pen is the bluegrass call tonight and is pretty tight. Holy crap! Another heavy hitter. Chalk Dust rocks, as usual. Mellowing out, the Horse is pretty well played by Trey. Silent is getting better, but still is not quite tight. Reba also has it's problems tonight. Great jam at the end, but Mike struggles early and then Trey and Page don't quite match up in the middle parts. The crowd quiets down at Trey's request for a nice Adeline. Really good Antelope to close the set. Fun intro, nice jam, very dynamic and tight.

The recording cuts into the intro of a rough sounding Rift. Not just the recording, but Trey also has problems throughout the solo section. Guelah is well done and Trey explains the balls before the Fly. Fluffhead gets cut on the recording from the "Asking me for change", right to the "Powerful pills!" line. Fluff's Travels hits a few bumps in the road tonight. Not too bad. Mike's Song is well played with great dynamic vocals from Mike. Great jam. Hydrogen was better than average, but still has it's misses and bumps. Weekapaug was great! Mike really shines tonight. Time to mellow out again, this time with a smooth Lawn Boy. Page gets the nod for the solo tonight. Ice was good, but still needs more polishing. My Sweet One was so frantic that they almost lost the handle coming out of the solo section. Otherwise good with a bonus Big Ball Jam. This one is the first one I've heard that sounds like what would eventually become the "real" Big Ball Jam, with Fish playing a bluegrass style roll, and Trey tags the standard ending on this one. Full on HYHU for Fish as he comes out and does a pretty mellow Rosie. Like he wasn't quite "all in" tonight. Well, I was thinking about only giving this show four stars because of Reba and Fluff, but A-Train changed my mind. Absolutely gorgeous jazz. Right into a great Cavern closer.

Many, many calls for Harpua throughout the night fall on deaf ears as we have a really nice Bold as Love for the encore tonight. Page does the vocal job well and Trey wails away like his idol Jimmy.

Really good show! Like I said, maybe four to four and a half stars, but the A-Train was so freaking good! Five stars, definitely worth the listen. Mike had great moments, but Page might be the hero of this one in my opinion.
