Last night set one was more like Friday set 3 rather than Saturday set 1. Another monster set that they just rolled right into like they never left. Phish is so in the groove right now, effortlessly digging right into jams, zero feeling of where are we, more like we’ve always been here and here is where we belong. This is who we are and this is what we do. It’s free-flowing and the band is giving such a relaxed in-the-pocket feeling. We get in and we go kind of feeling. It’s a vibe more than a show. I’m feeling so blessed to be here now with them.
