birdwatcher9 Mr JMART sir, your review was something special. I got at least as much from your review as from the semantically ineffable experience of the actual show just witnessed via livestream Saturday night, which in my humble opinion easily ranks among the best the band or any other band (yeah I know, that part's just not even rightly fair) has ever performed. Hey yeah I know I get it that's just my opinion, and while I'm certainly open honest and willing enough to welcome pretty much any and all constructive criticism, ain't NUNYAS gonna change my BELIEF about the the quality nature of Saturday night's show! Had to google me up a lot if not all the Latin phraseology, and as I'm currently in the process of writing a book (or two, or three) on personal growth amidst the inherent choas of contemporary society among other topics, I just simply found THAT stuff to be pure gold my pHriend. I concur about Bug and will NEVER apologize to ANYONE for my love of Bug. But if I may (I may, and I will) add to your oh so accurate assessment, "If this solo doesn't break your heart, you may want to check your pulse", and add that y'all better check and see if youns still got a soul left to conjure if that Bug didn't do something special for you! Take that shyte to the bank too. We have concurrence regarding Harry Hood too, my fave to this day still being the Hood from Amy's Farm 8/3/91 (at show bias, admittedly). Sand has become my actual favorite Phish song though, and it appears that we again at least appear to have some semblance of concurrence on the fact that while that Sand was nothing overtly special, it was still Sand in a very overall spectacularly special show. Finally, you threw down an absolute solid gold nugget of secret knowledge of the universe type thing, a pearl of wisdom per se (if I may, but this time I'll ask nicely and mean it dammitt), when you said "expectations breed resentment". Now ain't that just simply the TRUTH. peAce, LOVE, and pHish on MY good bros and sistahs
