If we remain open, the closer to the end of something special we get (a tour, a book, a life), the sweeter it becomes, the more easily we can let go of the baggage - the attachment - and remain in the moment. Powerful and gloriously tasty stuff.

I thought you might mention Hunter/Garcia's, Days Between. A masterpiece that gets into this very topic. I listen to it end of August every year and nothing pulls the strings harder for me.
