I love the idea of deep dives into underappreciated and under-known months. I had never heard a note of that FIddler's Green show and the selection the podcast highlighted was amazing.

In a similar vein, an exploration of July 1993 would be welcome as well. It's rightly overshadowed by the following month, but even its existence is seldom acknowledged by anyone.
I’m glad to hear you’ve come around to 9/27/00. Amazing second set.

I was there and remember the first set being okay, but nothing too exciting. I moved from the concrete seats to the lawn, hoping the second set would strike a little higher. I was blown away by the first three songs. Still among my favorite jams. Piper Gumbo Ghost, and then a nice Mango, about as good as I could ask for.
