Hey Charlie - you sent me tapes of Europe '97 when I was in college in the late 90s (Northeastern, Boston) so just wanna say thanks! I can assure you those were well circulated around the Northeast and you may have sent me others but it's been a while to try and recall which. Also, I read your review of 12/31/95 (again) and we've always been on the same page as far as preference of fiery, straight-ahead, hose jams over the spacy, dissonant stuff. I think the band is really on fire right now dropping down some all time, epic HOSE in the past two weeks. I'll be there on 8/4 (my 40th birthday!) and 8/5 so I hope they can keep it up. Peace out.
