The antagonism is fair; I would be frustrated if I'd ordered something and it took so long. Our best answer is in the statement above. It has taken a lot longer than we'd hoped, especially when driven by volunteers, to get it right. Especially since the Foundation took it back from our old publisher (who prematurely announced the first date) and started from scratch.

We'll make it worth the wait, and sincerely appreciate the waning patience of all fans, especially those who preordered long ago!
