One show that I'm not sure will make the cut at this pint, but which would have been in my top 20, is 11/14. I love that show.
I agree with your five locks and would add 08/09.

like a few other people I'm curious to see if 07/25 ends up on the list or not. that might be the mystery 10th show assuming 11/23 (which is not a favorite of mine), 12/11, and 07/02 (love them both) are all on there as well.
