uctweezer I'm glad to see Shoreline at 11. I always felt it was somehow overlooked, despite boasting the best YEM of 1997, an awesome "nod to Jer" and a "nod to Neil" (that certainly didn't hurt their likelihood of invitation to the Bridge School Benefit the next year), and an extremely strong 4th quarter of McGrupp > Mike's -> Hydro > Groove -- emphasis on that strange but awesome segue from Mike's to Hydrogen. And the 2O Jim might be my favorite ever -- it certainly gets more spins than the Woostah Jam in my house. While I'll take the previous night's Bowie -> Cities -> Bowie over anything from 7/31, this show definitely has it all. It was also the first show for many of my high school friends, but apparently their rave reviews went right over my head because it took me two more years to get on the train.
