Slight nitpick, Dividedsky333, but the band played in Amsterdam in July of '96, which I think would qualify as that 1st legal weed show.
To nitpick a nitpick..weed wasn't/isn't "technically" legal in Amsterdam, there are a whole bunch of weird laws around the possession, purchasing and sale of weed. Coffee shops can sell it, but they can't grow or buy it? You technically can't have weed outside of a coffeeshop (like at a music venue where Phish would play...)but it's illegal for the cops to search you for it. So we should count Dick's 2014 as the first Legalized Pot Phish Concert.
