I hear a hint of the so-called tease at around 11:42 - 11:51. I think it's more serendipity than anything else. Page sets the tone but abandons it after a couple seconds. My guess is that they weren't even thinking FOTM but it just happened with some natural jam progression and a little chance. It's "there" but I don't think it was at all intended.
