Great article. I am a 1998 transplant to Reading who still longs to be back in Ohio.( As I leave Columbus with Riverside beside me aka OAR). It is still a wonderment that Phish is coming to Reading. They will truly be welcomed. My Boulder , CO family is coming back for it. I do want you to know that the racism you wrote about is slowly subsiding and Reading has an African-American mayor. And an IMAX theater and art center as well. So there you go. There is hope.
