Phish tickets by mail actually started on the New Years run 1993. The first mail orders from then until fall 95 were mail orders for taper tickets only. If the show was GA there was no mail order. The first actual mail order ticket would be 12/28/93 New Haven and then 12/31/93 Worcester and they will say "taper" on them. They were not specoal tickets just general ticketmaster stock.
