Nice write-up. I have one critique. You rail against hyperbolic reviews, then you say this about SPAC 1:

"The first set of this, perhaps the most overrated show in the history of Phish..."

Hyperbole goes both ways. While not allowing for over emotional heat-of-the-moment best-of rankings, we should also allow for people to live in the excitement for a while. Time will allow for proper perspective. The "hype" of SPAC 1 was somewhat dissipated by the end of summer, and i'm sure will continue to fall into a more realistic spot by the end of the year.
