TheMightyGin Thanks multibeast. Great trip down memory lane. No issues with those who like the Bowie and the Mike's, but remember, you are coming from another 20 years of listening to vintage Gin's. At the time--and this was like my 6th or 7th show--I had already seen 2 or 3 great Bowie's in recent days. I remember commenting before the show that I had yet to see a Gin. "But," I said, "I'm not really sure what they could do with that live?" Lesson learned. I remember thinking that it was like a tornado of sound they were creating and picked up the audience in the twister, let them spin around in it for awhile, and then gently put them back down. It may sound like just a nice Gin now in retrospect, but at the time it truly was special. Fantastic show and one of my early favorites.
