Thank you for your informative review. These Labor Day weekend shows have been an amazing Phish experience for me. Each night has offered up incredibly played music. I first saw Phish in small clubs, watching them grow as musicians and artists has been great. Their mastery of the jam utilizes dynamics, rhythms, blending of genres, chord resolution among other musical techniques as well as their technical mastery of the instruments. But what really makes them able to create this uplifting musical experience is their love of making music.
What I noticed was that the band was really tight, all working together to create this powerful music that I just can't stop grooving to. The final Labor Day Weekend show was for me one long ever changing ever developing groove. This show was about fun, it was about playing what you want to play because it feels good and all that good feeling was channelled straight into my body, mind and soul. I just cant get enough.
The other part of the experience that made it really amazing was the crowd, the people were really cool. My brother and I made friends with our changing neighbors on the field each night and had an awesome time hanging out. The venue was great, the sound was great. All in all one of the most awesome events that I have been priviledged to enjoy. I loved it.

I do have a question;
What is "rebarbative 'rip cording' of jams" ?
