The all-volunteer, fan-run Mockingbird Foundation is once again celebrating Phish tour by making unsolicited "miracle" tour grants supporting a music program near each of the venues the band will play. To celebrate Phish's ongoing two shows at Lake Tahoe in Stateline, NV (which started last night), we've sent a $1,500 check to the George Whittell High School Band in Zephyr Cove.
