As @Ivy_Light said above....nothing they do today will ever be considered a "best ever" unless they retire or go downhill. It's the nature of the beast. We are always sentimental and protective of our distant memories, whether or not they are accurate and rooted in reality.
It was a safe show and this run will not be acknowledged much in the future when discussing "Best Of" shows and runs, in any era of Phish.
