The band looked and sounded tired last night. Sorry to bust balls but that is what I honestly thought. Curtain was a great opener but everything after that was standard fare in the first set, with no shock value fun. Set ii was better and I agree that the Tweezwich was a takeaway highlight from the weekend. It's too bad they opted for piper instead of 2001 coming out of it. The jam and space was perfect but trey rip corded into a working mans piper. Mikes had some good deep playing but there was little IT coming from the band at this point. Forced effort. Last night just seemed tired phish. Definitely the weakest Sunday show of summer. My 2c.
