The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.

This was a fun listen. The covers are the covers and Dog Log is Dog Log, all fine. I Gave my Love a Cherry is all goofiness and Please Send Me Someone to Love puts a fine point on it. The highlights though are the two Jams. These are both worth your time, with the band playing a bit looser, they have the summer '98 vibe, though more laid back and without the ambient drift off that concluded so many of the summer's exploratory exercises. I also dig the Down Home Dirty Blues, you don't get to hear them play like this very often. Obviously not required listening for this Summer '98 trip, but recommended.
