Sneakin' Sally Through the Alley: Very chill jam. The stop start stuff that begins at 8:20 just shows how amazing Fishman is. Also, Mike just crushes in this jam. Super fun stuff. As .net mentions, this jam does have a Manteca type vibe. Would recommend.

It's Ice > Lengthwise > It's Ice: Huge Lengthwise bustout! The baby grand with vacuum leading into it is pretty choice stuff. >

Sparkle: Standard. >

Funky Bitch: Trey stops almost on a dime and turns the end into a funk jam. Fun banter about hanging out at bars the night before and thanks to Rich he’s standing over there – thanks Rich for picking up the bar tab. The mini jam that happens after this is pretty cool.

SET 2:

The Wedge: Standard.

Poor Heart: Little bit sloppy. >

The Mango Song: Standard. >

Brother: Check out Fishman going nuts on the wood blocks at the 5 minute mark. This seems to motivate Trey to briefly do his pornofunk thing. Cool version of Brother. Would recommend.

Contact[1] - Mexican Love Style. >

Maze: Page’s section is definitely very atypical. Him and Trey trade licks playfully over and over. Trey’s section is a clinic in how to build tension and he really makes Page work his butt off on that baby grand. Impressive work. Trey’s final foray towards the climax is a little hairy and not quite as thrilling as you would hope given all the work they put into the buildup. Oh well, still a version that is worth checking out, would recommend.

Prince Caspian: Jamcharts version. I personally don’t think it’s all that. It has a frenetic nature to it. Instead of the big power chord reprise, Trey counts it off for YEM >

You Enjoy Myself: Super funky and chill jam. Love the loops that run through the entire jam. Solid way to end the set.

The Squirming Coil: Sloppy.

Summary: Odd show, it basically has two first sets, lol. Tons of bust outs and rarities though. The current rating on Phish.net is Overall: 4.41/5 (122 ratings). I Get the love for this show due to the old school nature of it and all the bust outs. But that seems a little too high to me. I would say 4.2/5 seems more realistic.
