I drove out to Colorado to see my friend and realized Phish was passing through. Ford typically sells out with guys who wear blue blazers to see bands like Santana, so we jumped the fence at the back to catch them. It had been pouring all day, so everything was really wet, no sitting on the lawn for this show.

I was hoping for Chaulkdust, but really enjoyed the short set packed with now legendary nutritious Phish goodness. Trey playing with Santana was excellent. It was a great show, and part of the reason I moved to Vail a few months later.
