Review by Miguelito

Miguelito This is an excellent show where things really took off four songs in. We’re talking about the Bowie in that 4 spot, which makes a very interesting and welcome mid-first set appearance and this version is no joke. This take is lengthy and full of pep, and the there’s no turning back at this point, leading into a fantastic Forbin’s > Mockingbird > Vibration of Life > Mockingbird. The energy continues into the end of the set.

The Curtain opens Set II admirably. Simple returns to its placement sandwiched in Mike’s, as it had for much of the earlier part of the tour before being dislodged and even stretching out a bit on Halloween. Tela is a nice breather between Mike’s and Weekapaug. Once again, Weekapaug is the showstopper. This version smokes and is highly recommended. There are some stronger versions leading up to this one earlier in this tour and this isn’t far behind them. The Slave is another highlight worth mentioning, bringing the set to a lovely close. Loving Cup makes its tour debut in the encore slot, being played last on 5.7.94.

Overall this is a really strong show with a number of highly recommended songs.
