This was an absolutely fantastic show from start to finish. Having seen TAB about a dozen times now, this one ranks with some of the heavy-hitters previously seen (6/6/2002 UIC Pavilion, 7/21/2001 Alpine Valley, 8/7/2016 Vertex Festival, etc). I wouldn't be surprised to see a DVD made of this show, especially given that it was webcast.

Absolutely stunning first set highlights came in "Sand", "Money, Love & Change", "Burlap Sack & Pumps" and "Gotta Jibbo". The set had a nice flow to it, showcasing highly danceable and recognizable numbers alongside down-tempo nastiness in "Dark and Down" and soft and soothing numbers like "It Makes No Difference".

Set II was a bit more new-school allowing Trey to demonstrate his more gleeful material. Once again the ladies of TAB crushed it with flawless vocal harmonies and a horn-section that gets tighter and tighter with each passing year. TAB seems to have matured in a lot of ways when it comes to their jamming style. Much as Phish grew their jamming-patience before blowing their load, TAB similarly is now able to hold back in a tantric journey until spewing its bliss onto a very eager crowd. More could be said about the second set but suffice it to say "Night Speaks..", "Plasma", "Clint Eastwood" and "Dazed and Confused" are worth checking out.

Hot, hot show on the Rocks!
