I really respect your optimism about last night. I have no doubt that being there was a lot of fun. As a person on couch tour, I can confidently say last night was by far the least enjoyable show of the tour for me. The first set was fantastic and set a high bar for the second set…a set that simply didn’t work at all for me. It was really tough to watch with the expectations they’ve set already this tour. This is a show I’ll be fine with never re-listening to again. It just wasn’t their best, but I know being there always makes it feel like a great show.
