It was a tough ticket that night. After only finding one, my gf insisted I take it and she'll be OK in the car. I didn't argue too long on that one.
As for the crowd surfing,,,,, It started during Axilla (if my memory serves me right). Fishmans drums got some frat boys hyped up, and they unsuccessfully tried a bit of moshing, then proceeded to hoist one in the air for a short lived crowd surf. Upon being handed beyond his circle of bros, he met confused looks from some startled fans.
