In case you missed it, you can jump on Couch Tour as Phish will be webcasting all of the highly anticipated three-night run on Northerly Island. As noted on Phish.com, fans can tune in on their large screen TVs via HDMI-equipped PCs or Macs, Apple TV via AirPlay, as well as on Android devices and iOS platforms (iPad, iPhone, etc.).

Fans can pre-order the three-night Chicago Webcast pass for $39.99 now at LivePhish.com. You may also purchase individual night webcasts for $14.99, or you can purchase webcast+MP3 bundles and webcast+event t-Shirt bundles.

Dumb question: I've never done the webcast thing. I have a "smart" TV that is internet connected, has a web browser, etc. But I do not have an HDMI-equipped PC or Mac and I do not have AppleTV. The only way I want to webcast is if I can do it on my TV. Can I do it on the TV's browser? And/or can I use a USB connection from a droid phone to my TV?

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
Can you browse the web on your TV? Can you go to YouTube and watch videos in Fullscreen mode? If so you should be good to go...
