Jeff_Goldberg I posted this in the forum thread, but for the benefit of people reading only the comments, to clarify, these are not audience recordings. These are direct patches into the soundboard which were facilitated by Paul Languedoc. Niel Ringstad, from whom the tapes were provided, was at the shows, and his friend Mike Lynch was the person who was permitted to patch into the soundboard in order to record them. As far as how good the sound quality is, that is subjective, but people have been pleased thus far from what I've read. I worked on them for a while in order to make them sound as good as I could. Ultimately, you'll have to judge for yourself, I suppose. is a non-commercial project run by Phish fans and for Phish fans under the auspices of the all-volunteer, non-profit Mockingbird Foundation.

This project serves to compile, preserve, and protect encyclopedic information about Phish and their music.
