Jam Chart for Love You (1 entries)

Date City Timing Notes
1991-11-07 New Orleans, LA 6:00 The band departs "The 'A' Train" having picked up members of The Aquariam Rescue Unit. The musicians lend color and character to the usually predictable "HYHU" jam, and the playing that ensues may leave you surrendering to the air, or simply tapping your foot. Fish's spoken-word "Love You" is more an afterthought, as the music, less Syd Barrett and more Tom Waits, becomes an industrial sort of groove, surprisingly musical and eminently listenable.
Jam chart versions are selected because of improvisational and other characteristics that distinguish these from typical versions of the song.
The jam chart team has highlighted some versions with a yellow background; these are the versions the team believes to be especially improvisational, or otherwise notable.
A purple date indicates that you were in attendance.
