7/26/97 South Park Meadows, Austin, TX

Opening standard. Pre-Nirvana section a little shorter than even the
7/23 version (rather blah imo). Nirvana at 3:02. Mike's solo section
is a bit more inspired than usual! :) Strong pre-charge...

"Boy" at 6:23.. BMGS/WUDMTF section funkier than usual, with phaaaat
playing from Mike and Page in particular. Grooooovy tramps segment..
Hard to place the start of the jam segment.. Mike and Trey groove
along with Fish and Page for awhile (9-12mins). This jam doesn't have
any particular theme or purpose yet, it seems like.. they just tool
around.

At 12:19 the jam comes together a bit better into something more Akin
to YEM. Fish is *very* active. Well, Fish and Bob Gulloti, who
apparently sat in on drums. It almost detracts from the jam, even
though Trey isn't doing much, until about 13:15 when he starts playing
along. Page and Mike are just hanging in there, accompanying well.
This YEM isn't doing that much yet imo, in spite of Fish's activity
(Fish is all over this YEM). The jam picks up considerably after 14
minutes, though, and starts to rage as only YEM can. Not with Trey
blistering out leads.. nice Full Band Groove transpires! =^] Whoops
ass around 16 mins.. soon Trey starts ->seguing into Izabella
(16:20). A really great segue.. Trey keeps playing Izabella while the
others play YEM, until at 17:05 or so Fish kicks out the proper
Izabella rhythm and Mike and Page join in. Trey is singing the first
verse by 17:25.

The highlight of this YEM is easily the segue into Izabella, otherwise
it was average great B YEM material imo.
