DAMN THIS MIKE'S GROOVE IS HOT!!!  Everything works
so damn well.  Grippo is especially fierce.  This is
a really great show (probably the best '91 horns show
next to 7/26/91 Georgia Theater).  This is also the
best Mike's Groove that I have with the horns.  Gears
and Grippo are unstoppable, and really make
contributions.  In the Mike's Song, everyone really
wails, but wails together as a unit (even though this
ain't planned).  Great version, but no teases or
anything weird.  It does stretch on a little long,
ending at around 7 mins.  H2 is really ominous in the
beginning, thanks to some off-key chords from Page..
Trey and Page don't go into the main theme for at
least a minute.  Grippo also pokes around a little
before the theme begins.  Weekapaug kicks in around
11 minutes or so.  Trey is all over the 'doc, as he
usually is, and the horns really add to this
version.  Nothing else I can really say, except that
the jam definitely goes places!  It is great for 1991
thus far, and just over 17 minutes!!  5.25 rating
(C+).
