One of the most widely circulated shows from the 1980s took place at the Underhill, VT home of Peter Danforth on 7/23/88. Recordings of the show often circulate under the title of “Pete’s Phabulous Phish Phest.” Pete and Dave Grippo joined the band on horns for “Satin Doll” and “Blue Bossa.” Currently, Danforth plays sax in the Burlington-based band Cranial Perch.
