Tip (not a hint at the answer, but for playing): If you'd like to be able to scroll through the track, press play to cue up the track and then you can right click and open in a new tab or download. Opening in a new tab (or downloading) will give you a version that you can pause, rewind, and fast-forward. Note: this option to open in a new tab or download is only presented (in chrome, at least) once the track has been cued up by pressing play.
First of all, on my computer, I can always pause / play / rewind the MJM. I keep hearing more and more people having issues though. Second, you can always download the MJM, no matter what browser you're using, simply by viewing the web page's source code and ctrl-f'ing "mp3". This is what you see if you do it on today's MJM:

Third, as not many folks feel comfortable viewing the page source, I've been trying to remember to add download links to each week's MJM, so I'll add the one above right now. Sorry for forgetting this week! And finally, I'll see if we can take a look at the audio-playing code to see what the heck's going on -- it's just supposed to work.
